Worst car dealer ever!! Rude and dishonest service. Specifically the after sales technical support,Gary! Very fake and dishonest little man. Collected my car on a late afternoon and I just had a quick look around and it seemed clean and in good condition. When arrived home after a 20 minutes drive I’ve noticed both mirrors were damaged,a damaged rear diffuser and left exhaust and when driving on the motorway car was very shaky and not very smooth and responsive when accelerating. After getting in touch with the after sales man I’ve been told there was nothing wrong with car when it left the garage. They actually blame me for the damages. Would you believe it? So I took it to an independent garage and I have been told that all 4 allow wheels were damaged and needed replacement. How was this even possible when the vehicle just passed an MOT without any advisories the same day I collected it? Shocking! 🤮 Car also needed new glow pugs. A couple of weeks after more problems started showing on the dashboard but unfortunately for me,Gary the technical support man told me he couldn’t help at all because the one month warranty had ran out. He didn’t even bother to ask offer me help at a price. Completely abandoned and ignored. Unbelievable! AVOID these!! ❌ They are called affordable cars for a reason. Good working cars cost a bit more but is definitely worth it. Don’t gamble! These are good hiding problems and good getting away from their responsibilities and blaming buyers. Never ever again,thank you! 🥵

Great experience buying our car from Prestige Car Supermarket. The staff were friendly and helpful without being pushy. There was a good range of cars, and the one I chose was exactly as advertised. The process was smooth and straightforward from start to finish. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a reliable used car and a stress-free buying experience.

Excellent is prestige car supermarket. I purchased a renault zoe from them. And I love it . John and rest of the guys couldn't do enough for me. They part exchanged my vehicle against the zoe. Enquired this morning about purchasing a Kia Niro. Dealt with a very helpful man called Richard. He gave me a great quote for my part exchange and didn’t try and push me into alternative sales when I decided not to proceed with the purchase. Would recommend based on customer service!

Had a great experience with Prestige. We bought a Mini Countryman, but latterly had unexpected issues with the head unit. Gary in aftersales was very helpful and arranged for us to get the car seen in London under the warranty, rather than drive it back to York. All sorted now - good experience - would highly recommend this company.

We searched all over the internet for the car we wanted. I had actually put a deposit down with another “supermarket” type garage, but I pulled out at the last minute. I felt like I was dealing with kids who didn’t care about my needs – once they had the deal, they weren’t interested anymore. I had to chase them every time for updates, and they never once called me first. In fact, it took them two weeks to ring and say the car was finally ready for collection. By then I’d decided I didn’t like the way they did business. So cancelled the car there and then. With Russell, it was a completely different story. He was fantastic to deal with – proper old school. He took me through every step of the process, was polite, diligent, and made the whole experience a pleasure. Thank you to Russell and Andrew. Even though it’s a 90-minute drive for me, I’d be more than happy to come back in a couple of years when I’m ready for a change.
